MY 3 BOOKS OF THE MOMENT - JUNE 2015
Well I have a real problem to confess: I read books 7 simultaneously. I hate to do this but I have to have a serious development of my attention deficit (or a very pronounced curiosity right now).
So I decided to tell you about the ones I already finished that you plan your summer reading
1 / The magic of storage by Marie Kondo
I came across this book during a trip to Leroy Merlin (I am in full redecoration and renovation of my apartment), and I'm tempted after reading the intro.
It's very simple: this book is amazing. If you can do more to live in a crowded area, you have the impression you spend your life store or you're not good in your home, this is the book that can help you change all that!
I aspire to a minimalist lifestyle, and the work of Mary helps me every day to learn how to sort / store / organize. I talk to everyone since I opened it, so it's typically the kind of books that had a real impact on my lifestyle!
2 / I eat what succeeds me by Dr. Roger Mussi
Dr. Mussi explains the difference between allergy and intolerance, and speaks very many practical cases, it is a bit technical at times but always educational.
If you suffer from stomach pains, chronic headaches, recurring colds or if you feel that some foods do not "pass", you are probably the victim of a food intolerance. The book will explain how to spot them, know when to make a test of intolerance and decipher the results.
Each person is different, and your diet should fit your needs, it is the opinion of Dr. Mussi and I fully agree!
3 / Vivres Daniel Heart
Daniel is a naturopath, and hoped through his book, talk about our lost traditions & provide innovative ideas on how we eat.
It evokes the great misperceptions regarding nutrition and the importance of food healing power. I know it looks a little hilltop when I tell it like that, but it's a no-nonsense book that will sprout new ways of eating & living home!
If you are interested in naturopathy from near or far, it's a brilliant book to read quickly.
And you then? What are your reading right now?
