RECIPE: TARTE TUNA PROVENCAL
Serves 4 to 6 people:
- 1 pastry. The recipe for a vegan pastry at Mely.
- 1 box of tuna natural brand Lighthouse Ekmühl (the only ones to offer responsible fishing today).
- 1 yellow pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- Black olives
- 3 eggs
- 200 ml vegetable milk
- 1 tablespoon of rice flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Herbs de Provence
- Salt & pepper from
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 220 °.
2. Wash tomatoes and peppers, then cut and remove seeds. Cut the olives into slices.
3. Put the olive oil year spoon a hot pan and fry the peppers and tomatoes for a few minutes.
4. Mix in a bowl the eggs, flour, milk and herbs. Season with salt & pepper.
5. Roll the pie dough in your mold using baking paper. Prick the bottom of the pie with a fork. Place the tuna, then the mixture into the bowl, then vegetables and olives.
6. Bake for about 35 minutes.
